Graham is known for combining psychological depth and business pragmatism, and this integration is the basis for his popular book: ‘Leadership Coaching: From Personal Insight to Organisational Performance’. Graham was formerly Managing Director of The Oxford Consulting, and 8 years ago he founded The Awareness Partnership, which is focused on bringing the groundbreaking research in neuroscience, psychology, and mindfulness to the world of leadership, coaching and supervision.

Graham is an accredited coach and coach supervisor with APECS (Association for Personal Executive Coaching and Supervision) and abides by their code of ethics, and was involved at the outset in the formation of this industry body. He is also a member of the ABP (Association of Business Psychologists) and the BPS (British Psychological Society). He is also a UKCP registered psychoanalytic psychotherapist and a trained mindfulness teacher (The Oxford Mindfulness Centre). Graham has a first class honours degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex.
